ニュージーランド盤EP”The Beatles (No.1)"と”All My Loving"です。

1. The Beatles (No.1) (MGEP-8883)
　1963年12月発売のニュージーランド3枚目のEP ”The Beatles (No.1)"です。

　スリーブのデザインはUKオリジナル盤を基本的に踏襲しています。ただし，残念なことにジャケット写真のピントがずれ，かなりぼーっとした写真となっています。
　表面全面と裏面の折り返し及び右端にコーティングがされていて，裏面は角が丸くなった折り返し(Round Cut Corner)です。
　裏面右側にはTONY BARROWによる曲紹介とそれに続いてのザ・オフィシャル・ビートルズ・ファン・クラブの案内がUKオリジナル盤と同内容で掲載されています。
Each time I settle down to pen a set of paragraphs for the sleeve of another new Beatle release. I am able to recall fresh sets of honours and triumphs which have come the way of this fabulous foursome in the brief 'tween-discs spell.
Every Beatle-cut disc adds to the outfit's greatness by topping the charts. The Please, Please Me LP turned out to be the fastest-selling album ever issued on any of the E.M.I. froup of labels. Whithin weeks of its release the Twist And Shout EP topped the wxtended play charts, outsold almost every contemporary pop single in earshot and notched up  sales in excess of a quarter of a million.
The release of this latest batch of constantly requested stage-show favourites in EP from coincides with the first anniversary of The Beatles' arrival on the pop scene. They seem to have achieved so much during this first stand-out year that, short of getting themselves a Fan Club branch on the moon* or something equally incredible, I doubt if there are many more strengths for them to go on from or to !
I SAW HER STANDING THERE is already a pretty permanent fixture of The Beatles' self-panned repertoire. It has a strong tune, a solid beat and one of the most effective sets of lyrics produced to date by the Lennon/McCartney. team.
MISERY is a second vehicle for the voices of John and Paul. Their jonit delivery is so accurate that is comes over on record almost like a self-duet performance. It tells a delicate lost-love story sadly and hauntingly.
ANNA brings out a curiosly satisfying quality of plaintive rawness in John's voice. The number is one of his personal favourites.
CHAINS is (or are!) used to bind together the voices of George, John and Paul  in a hard-fitting finale to this pungent little programme.

　下方のクレジット等がNZオリジナル部分です。またUKオリジナルには記載がある”Recording first published 1963”の文字はありません。
　下左側にはUKオリジナル同様”Parlophone”のロゴマークが入っていますが，その下の"TRADE MARK of THE PARLOPHONE Co. Ltd."の文字のうち"TRADE MARK"しか記載されていません。これは"THE BEATLES' HITS"同様です。
　なお，所有する盤はジャケットのコンディションが悪く，表面の破れや折れ，裏面の⑤の書き込み，裏面右上の書き込みを削った跡，シミ，破れ，シールはがし跡などがあり，一部裏面のクレジット，注意書きが読めなくなっています。

　盤は，赤地に銀文字のParlophoneのレーベルで，Solid Centre(いわゆるドーナツ盤や押して穴が開くPush-out CentreではなくLPのような形)です。ジャケット同様，レーベルも状態が悪く，両面ともハガレがかなりあります。盤面も傷がかなり入っています。
　”TRADE"の文字と”MARK"の文字に挟まれたロゴマークの下にはPARLOPHONEの文字が入っていますがこの文字だけはスラブセリフ体です。あとは全てサンセリフ体のフォントになっています。
　その下には左側に”SPEED"，右側には"45 R.P.M."の文字が記されています。その下にはPublisherのRoyalty Stampsが記されており，”LEEDS　MUSIC"（Side 1)，”WALLABY MUSIC”と"TUCON MUSIC"（Side 2)の文字が入っています。次には左側に"(7TCE.764)"(Side 1)，"(7TCE.65)"(Side 2)の番号が記載され，右側にはカタログナンバーの”MGEP.8883"が記載されています。
　下部にはタイトル，曲名，クレジット，グループ名が銀文字で入っています。

　1964年3月発売のニュージーランド４枚目のEP ”All My Loving"です。2枚所有しています。
　スリーブのデザインは基本的にUKオリジナル盤を踏襲していますが，表面が一回り小さく周りに白い枠ができています。
　表面全面と裏面の折り返し及び右端にコーティングがされていて，裏面は角が丸くなった折り返し(Round Cut Corner)です。所有する2枚は裏面右端のコーティングの幅が異なります。
　また1枚にはミシン目が入ったタブ(耳)が付いており，下記の内容が記載されています。

　裏面右側にはTONY BARROWによるBeatlesの紹介がUKオリジナル盤と同内容で掲載されています。
　その下にはUKオリジナル盤では"Recording first published 1963"と記載されていますが，ニュージーランド盤にはそれがなく，代わりに"Front cover photograph : Robert　Freeman"のクレジットが入っています。
