　ニュージーランド盤LP5枚目の”Help!"です。

1. HELP!
　(1) PCSM-3071 (Blue Parlophone)
　1965年9月発売（UKオリジナルは1965年8月6日発売）のニュージーランド5枚目のステレオ盤LPです。
　ジャケット表面はUKオリジナル盤と比べ，ロゴ，文字，写真全てが下に下がっています。
　ジャケット裏面は基本的にUKオリジナル盤同様です。UKオリジナル盤では右上に2段書きされているカタログナンバーが上部のFlipback(折り返し)右側に記載されており，モノ盤のカタログナンバーを隠すように"stereo"の赤文字が入った金色地のステッカーが貼られています。
　裏面下部のクレジット部分は下記の通りです。

　表面，裏面の上下・右端がラミネートされています。
　Flip-back（折り返し）は上下のみで，その端は丸くカットされた"Round-cut corner"となっています。Flip-backの下側部分には，左側に”LITHOED IN NEW ZEALAND"の文字が記載され，その右側円の中にCSWと書かれたロゴマークが置かれています。この印刷会社は"Coulls, Somerville, Wilkie Ltd."という名前で，1971年に同業の”Whitcombe & Tombs”と合併し，1973年には"Whitcoulls"となり，現在に至っています。右側にはモノ盤とステレオ盤のカタログナンバーが上部同様(フォントサイズは小さいが)記載されています。　
　レーベルはBlue Parlophoneで，RIMの部分は上に"★★★★LONG PLAYING★★★★"が，左中央から下そして右中央にかけて"His Master's Voice (N.Z.) Ltd. All rights of the Manufacturer and of the Owner of the recorded work reserved. Unauthorised public performance, broadcasting and copying of this record prohibited."の文字が記載されています。
　レーベル下部にはPublisherのRoyalty Stampsとして両面に”LEEDS MUSIC"の文字が入っています。
　マトリックスは，YEX-168-1(Side 1)，YEX-169-1(Side 2)です。
